Terms for books, downloads, and print orders
These short terms explain how subscriptions, book credits, approved PDF downloads, and printed-book orders work today.
Subscriptions and credits
A monthly subscription includes up to 3 new storybooks, up to 24 page rerenders, and one mailed Standard Mail softcover every rolling 30 days. Approved PDFs for books created while subscribed remain downloadable after cancellation. A 1 Book Credit unlocks creation of one new storybook and includes the approved PDF plus one mailed 8.5×8.5 saddle-stitch softcover copy.
Approval before output
Books must complete review before downloads and print actions unlock. This helps families confirm the final book before sharing, gifting, or ordering a printed copy.
Printed orders are fulfilled as 8.5×8.5 saddle-stitch softcover books through Lulu. Standard Mail is included for mailed book delivery and usually arrives in 7–14 business days, while faster shipping options may appear at checkout when available.
Subscriptions can be canceled for future billing cycles. Digital billing issues are handled case by case. Printed books that arrive damaged, defective, or lost in transit may qualify for replacement or refund review after support checks the order details.
