What to expect
PDF and library access
Approved books can be downloaded from your dashboard library. If a purchased book does not unlock correctly, contact us and we will fix access or billing issues quickly.
Printed book status
Standard Mail print orders usually arrive in 7–14 business days. Your dashboard shows the latest print status, and shipped orders are also emailed to the address used for the order.
Damaged or lost orders
If a printed book arrives damaged, defective, or appears lost in transit, email us with the order number and a short description so we can review a replacement or refund.
Refunds, replacements, and cancellations
- Digital billing issues are handled case by case so we can correct access problems or mistaken charges quickly.
- Printed books that arrive damaged, defective, or lost in transit are eligible for replacement or refund review.
- Subscriptions can be canceled anytime for future billing cycles from your account billing portal.
